It is a database of advertised property prices and trends throughout Sheffield and the surrounding regions. Its 17 years of history make it an invaluable tool for estate agents and property professionals to get historical data about properties and their features and selling prices.
The service is delivered by monthly subscription which allows access to the data held in it. There is also a report produced monthly detailing properties which have been advertised that month, again by subscription.
