Due to business growth we currently have a vacancy for a full time Helpdesk/Support Engineer. Initially the role would be office based in a support capacity while you learn about the software and services we provide, later becoming partly field based.
Responsibilities will include telephone and remote support of our customer base as well as assisting with installations and project work.
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience in customer support and services
Good telephone/email communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Essential skills – knowledge of:
Windows Client and Server - Windows 10 and Server 2012/2016
Microsoft Office 365 - Email, Applications and other services
Network infrastructure - Switches, Routers, DHCP, DNS
An understanding of accounts/bookkeeping principles, as well as previous experience of Sage 50c, Sage 200c or CRM, would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.
A full clean UK driving license is essential for this role.
