As the advice regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to develop daily, BHPIT are committed to following all recommendations provided by Government or relevant authorities.
The health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our highest priority. 
BHPIT would like to assure everyone of the continuity of our service. 
Due to the cloud-based nature of our systems, all our staff are able to work from home if required and there should be no disruption to our Helpdesk/Support service.
Should our staff need to work remotely, we will operate as follows:
• We would request that Customers first contact us by emailing helpdesk@bhpit.co.uk (if possible).
• Our usual Helpdesk phone number of 01142 757550 will still be active, but calls redirected to staff mobile phones.
• We will be able to use our wide range of remote support and screen sharing tools to provide assistance.
• We will make every effort to provide our high levels of customer service to find resolutions to all support requests.
At present, BHPIT site visits will go ahead as planned, however we will continue to monitor the situation and contact you in advance to confirmAs always, we remain committed to supporting all our Customers, and as the situation changes/develops we will provide updates appropriately and promptly.

*** COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS FURTHER UPDATE *** - 18/03/2020 - 8.30am


Following on from our email on Monday 16th March, we’ve continued to monitor the situation around COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and have made the decision to allow all BHPIT staff to work remotely from Wednesday 18th March.


We’d like to reiterate that the health and safety of our Staff, Customers and Partners is our highest priority, and we believe this is the right decision at this time to ensure no disruption to our Helpdesk/Support services.
From Wednesday 18th March we will operate as follows:


  • We would request that Customers first contact us by emailing helpdesk@bhpit.co.uk (if possible).
  • Our usual Helpdesk phone number of 01142 757550 will still be active, but calls redirected to staff mobile phones.
  • We will be able to use our wide range of remote support and screen sharing tools to provide assistance.
  • We will make every effort to provide our high levels of customer service to find resolutions to all support requests.

Please forward this communication to the rest of your team so that everyone is aware.


BHPIT will contact all Customers and Partners regarding any scheduled visits/meetings, and planned Network Review visits will be completed remotely where possible, or rearranged if required.
